Pick-up Points
We offer free delivery to select pick-up points in St. James for your convenience. Packages can be collected at Fairview, Clock, City Center, or Courts. Local Delivery Options
Get your packages delivered to any location outside of St. James using our trusted local courier partners: Knutsford Express or Zipmail. A delivery fee applies and is to be paid by the customer upon collection at the designated Knutsford location.
Home/ Office Delivery
We offer home delivery in the following communities: Bogue Village, West Village, Irwin Meadows, Union Acres, Westgate, Catherine Hall, and The Estuary. We also provide office delivery within the corporate areas of St. James. Please note that home deliveries outside of these areas will incur an additional fee. We ship packages four days a week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to ensure fast, reliable, and efficient delivery for our customers.
Air shipments are delivered within approximately 3 to 5 business days after your package arrives at our Florida warehouse. For sea freight, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, and up to 10–14 business days during peak seasons.
Our delivery services currently cover St. James and surrounding areas. Additional charges may apply depending on your exact location. For customers in other parishes, we’re happy to coordinate delivery through Knutsford Express or other trusted courier partners—just send us a request, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
Absolutely! Once your package is processed, you'll receive email notifications with tracking details. You can also log into your account to view real-time updates.
Currently, we accept cash and bank transfers to our NCB or Bank of Nova Scotia accounts. Payment instructions will be provided once your package is ready for delivery. While we do not currently accept card payments, we're working on adding this option soon to make transactions even more convenient for you.
No, registering for an account with us is completely free.
Packages with a Free on Board (FOB) value of US$100 or less are exempt from customs charges. For items valued over US$100, customs duties and taxes will be applied based on the full value.
